FAIR PAY:
You might pay a high price, but most staffing agencies only give staff HALF (or less) of the staffing fee you pay them. ELC pays staff the majority of your staffing fee.

Imagine instead that the CEO of your model staffing agency is someone who deeply understands event marketing and is personally handling all your bookings in a lightning fast process, and working as a member of your on-site team for the entire duration of your project.

ELC holds insurance polices to offer event services in New York State.
If you are a production company based outside of state but have a need for NY based vendors, please allow us to be your helpful, local guide! We do travel for projects and obtain temporary insurance for other states, but only for our trusted partners whom we have a strong relationship. We are primarily a New York City based service.
